History

UNIOESTE’s Graduate Program in History aims for the development of students, training them for research and teaching in the area of ​​History. In this way, Masters and Doctors in History entitled by the Program are destined to:

- the performance of excellence in Basic and Higher Education (in undergraduate and graduate courses);

- the performance of excellence in other areas compatible with a historian’s role, such as historical sieges, the preservation of memories, and the organization of collections, thus enabling them to occupy the position of Historian/Historiographer, provide advisory and/or consultancy services to museums, archives, documentation centers, and other government or private organizations that require such capabilities.
